Hong Kong Television Network Limited (HKEX: 1137) is a Hong Kong-based technology company primarily known for its e-commerce platform and TV program productions. HKTV currently provides an over-the-top shopping platform and social commerce platform under the branch HKTVmall.

Business Situation

HKTVmall started as an online grocer who used to only adopt first-party selling and maintained their own delivery fleet for their online orders. The company minimized offline presence as to optimize costs on pricey rents in Hong Kong.
